A Folkestone estate agent has been shortlisted as one of the best letting agents in the Southeast.
Martin & Co are in the running to be awarded at the Estate & Letting Awards 2012 after 33 thousand people completed questionnaires.
The national and regional winners will be announced by TV property expert Phil Spencer at a ceremony at the Hilton Park Lane on the 20th of April.
