Local wildlife attractions Port Lympne and Howletts are celebrating a rise in visitor numbers due to a radical admissions policy.
Since January, visitors buying a special ticket known as a ‘Passport’ have been able to return repeatedly over a twelve month period from their first visit at no extra cost. It means that visitors to the wildlife parks will be able to visit them all year round at the cost of a single entry fee.
One hundred and fifty thousand tickets have already been sold between the two parks, including many visitors from outside the local area.
